Rich, Rich, Rich, you can't p o the store people and expect to get helped.      TSC in Salina is great compared to the local O-S**T store.  But then any O-S**T store in Kansas is better than this one.  If item is not on shelf, ask when one will be in, reply is "I don't know".  Are more ordered, "I don't know".  When will you know, "When the truck shows up we see what they sent".  Don't you know what you ordered, "We get whatever they load on the truck".  These answers were from the manager of the store.

I know many don't like to go to an implement dealer, but here JD is cheaper and quicker to get things than the O-S**T store.
