If you can, do it while the place is open for regular business. No reason a sermon and a beer cannot go together. I speak around my area in bars 4 or 5 time a year. I am talking God stuff for people there to hear me and others just there. It is a great ministry.

My venues have usually been in sports bars. We don't sing or do anything real formal. I have a predetermined topic and go on about 45 minutes with audience participation at every location.
