How are you dumping out all the assigned IP addresses on your network?

If you're on a device that has been rejected as having a dupe IP address, you'd have to put your Ethernet interface into promiscuous mode to sniff the network to discover which MAC station has your IP address.

You really have to log into your router and dump the ARP table.

BTW - you do have your wireless router secured with a password, right?
