That recipe sounds and looks good, I like to do about the same thing only I've never put the turd in, lol...fill the halved pepper with cream cheese, then wrap with bacon, insert tooth pic, bake at 350 around 30 minutes and ummmmmm,,only bad thing about making them is after handling a little bacon the peppers and everything else sure does get slippery,,,,,,,,,good eating, John
