western wi | another thing to think about is what do you want to do with this property down the road and ask fsa how your plans would effect the loan. i have an fsa loan, land only, i decided last year to expand into poultry and put up a broiler barn on that land. it took around $20k to buy acres out of the loan and bs fees so i could proceed. i knew about it before i signed up but they figured a couple grand would be enough. they wern't even close. all i am saying is think about what you might want in the future and make sure your plans and their regulations work together | |
