| check with your local fsa office, i just bought one last fall, fsa loaned 50 percent and my banker loaned me the other half, fsa's part was locked at 4.2 percent for 40 years guaranteed, they also had a deal where you could pay 5% down as cash, fsa would finance 45% of the total price (up to around 300,000 on thier 100 percent) and then the bank would loan 50 percent, on this particular loan fsa's intrest rate would be 1.5% for 20 years locked. not a bad deal but paperwork and keeping records every year sucks. | |
