NE ND | Try posting your question in the ag cafe section. You should find some of the help you need there. I would say go to your local FSA office and talk to one of the loan officers. They will give you the info you need. Probably have to show you have some ag experience, do a cash flow statement, and a balance sheet. They will only lend money if you are the ones operating it. They wont lend for you to buy it and then rent it out. FYI. | |
