We always run them. Are the bolts holding the bottom to the standard tight. The only time we have much trouble is rocks or dry black ground. You may want to look into the auto resets if it doesn't get better. That 8 bottom is one heavy plow. We have stuck with 7 because we run Sterling packers and road plenty. Watch your top pin, my uncle broke 3 in one year and try to avoid being under it with it in the air!
