| Ok, I finally had a bit more time to look into this and it appears you have a few options.
1. You can use the app I linked to above.
2. It appears as though some or maybe all of the shows on their "radio" can be subscribed to as podcasts. I'm betting a search of the iTunes Store on your iPad will give you options to download and listen to at you leisure.
3. You can get the Bloomberg app for the iPad. There is a "button" at the bottom for their podcasts.

I'm sure you were trying to listen to the feed in Safari. One thing you need to realize about the iPad (and any of the tablets and smartphones) is they are more app-centric than browser-centric. Whatever it is you wish to do, first see if there is an app available before trying it in the browser like you would on your desktop computer. Again, this is NOT just an "Apple thing" - all of these devices have gone this route. Just have to adjust your way of thinking a bit until you get the hang of it.
