I had two 10 sow/10 pen buildings. The worst part is getting the manure flushed out. The nurseries are nice, alot more room under the floors to powerwash. I wouldn't mind having one again if I could find one close to home. Moving can cost alot. You can maybe find used ones at www.groups.msn.com/TekippeHampshires
