EVERY line is in the wrong place and the joystick goes 4 ways. Not just two. And yes, the joystick is not attached to the cables when shipped. I am surprised the PB works. Check the ports on the valve. P is pressure. If you back feed the system by way of T2 or T1 you have a mess. Everything works backwards.
