While that is an unfortunate situation, it would appear to me that the supplier did not have a water-tight contract with Wally World. There obviously must have been some language that allowed W-M an "out" - and if the supplier agrees to it, they really have nobody to blame but themselves. Perhaps they allowed greed to overcome good sense.
