Is that mustard in your second batch (DSCF0282.jpg) as I find it difficult to tell the difference between yellow Mustard and Canola ?
It is canola in that pic. Yes it is difficult but the main way to tell mustard from canola is by looking at the leaves, the mustard has a jagged lobe canola is smoother. There is not much mustard grown around the palouse, only a couple hundred acres probably, canola is more like a couple thousand acres. |
