West Texas | Just FYI.... the Saudis are already running out of underground water. Pivots are being abandoned. National Geographic (or some similar publication) did a story on the subject some years ago. The saudis went from being importers to exporters and right back to importing again.
Unlimited resources? They would like to have you believe that, but the truth is, they don't have as much oil as everyone believes, either.
