I think Amadas is who bought the cutter line from Gregory. At least this one looks just like the one i have, except the shiny paint.


Amadas makes alot of farm related equipment and the mower they make is built stronger, better than the Gregory G-195. The only thing I don't like on the Amadas long reach mower is that you can't grease the bearings for the blade spindle. The manual says you need to take the spindle apart and pack the bearings every year. On my Gregory G-195, they have a grease zirk and no need to mess with the spindle unless you have a bearing going bad, which in my case has been every 4-5 years depending on usage.
