I need 3 good employees that can show up, & do the work without me having to "babysit". I can buy all the eqptment I need, but to find someone to operate it is about impossible. I have to bring in H2a's to get the irrigation done, as American workers refuse to do that kind of work for about any price
Whats the # 1 issue on getting it done on your operation?
