Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska		Sounds like a good place to buy. A real plus that the fiancee likes it. House sounds good and the garages and shed would be great. You might end up there a long time.
Look at it this way. You will build some equity in buying the place and if plans change I would think you could always sell it for what you are paying for it. Looks like a no lose situation to me.
