The John Deere has a way better hydraulic lever placement and ergonomics in their tractors I think.  The Steiger must have been designed for people with humongous hands.  The levers are way too far apart to use more than one at a time comfortably I think.  Although they are still a really nice tractor.  That's the thing in the cab that needs changed the most I think.
