your right i don't know what they charge but a buyer premuim is made by the auctioneer to cover expense and is typically kept by the auctioneer. so maybe a bigger company selling more they may give a break but if you or me were selling they would charge 10% so were would you sell. i agree both fees are to much for what they do for a sale of this magnitude.
