You would have to ask Dean Machinery that.  My guess is that they aren't going to tell you what they paid for the sale.  I could make my own guesses, but there's not much point to that.  I do not think I would be willing to pay that much on a sale of this magnitude, and I'm betting they have more experience with this sort of thing then I do...not to mention a lot more leverage.
