SE Iowa | so purplewave sold for 167,200 minus 10% leaves the seller with 152,000 and big iron sold for 166,250 minus 8% leaves seller with 153,050. right? so in this case the buyer premiem did hurt the sale even though it did "sell" for a higher price, the seller came away with more money in pocket with big iron.
(worded that wrong purplewave sold for 152,000 plus 10% final selling price was 167,200)
