So. IL | Wife and I are wanting to build a new home, but we have struck out trying to find a homesite. We have found a couple unused 2-3 acre pieces, went through the plat book to find the owners, called them but have had no luck. So what gives? Is there a better way to approach land owners? Heck, we can't even get a price or make a offer. We are willing to pay above market price for the right location. TIA | |
