Most bin guys just use plywood, or metal could get metal ones made at any good metal shop just have them shear the iron to the height that you want and put 90 degree bends on the ends so you can bolt them together, just have more sections for bigger bins, if you are talking about the form sections for pouring stem walls am shure you can buy them from any contractor/cement supply type company one example would be SMI http://www.smionline.com/ I know thay handle lots of stuff like that.
