I've had a Sarka for a few yrs now. They are 100% SS, except for the knobs & the burner itself, which is cast iron. If someone stole my Sarka (it won't wear or rust out) tonight, I'd buy another one on Monday a.m. I've had a good quality Weber in the past also, but not their ss model. I try & cook year-around also. Works OK unless the wind is 30+ mph. My grill just sits outside.
