In weather like we're having now, that bin tin doesn't dissipate much heat.  It tends to pass on a lot of heat instead of reflecting it.  The remaining bin material after you've cut out your decorative parts can get hotter than the hubs of Hell unless there's other types of shade available.  That aside, they really could be very attractive once the landscaping etc is done.  Take pix.......we all wanna see!!!
