don@nebr - 7/14/2011 18:44 neighbor raises red shorthorns as his milking shorthorn dairy cows he milked turned into stock cows when he quit milking the HARD way. they never had a black hair on there body as he practiced line breeding. He fed them out and asked the local packer at that time to see them on the rail to see if he could improve carcass somehow easily. When they got to his cattle every darn one of them was rolled an ink stamp from end to end...Certified angus beef. He got a kick out of THAT!!!!
