My mother says beef lasts pretty well if you have a good cold ice box but chicken shouldn't be kept more than 2 or 3 days. It just doesn't keep as well. I dont trust much over a week old and that may seem wasteful but I have enough stomach problems without adding food poisoning to the mix.
How long do you keep leftovers in the fridge?
