I would advertise on WNAX 5-state trader or just pay up for an ad if he wants to do much work. A lot of farmers in SD and NE listen to that station. He might be able to slip it in as non-commercial if he says up front that he is just looking to trial run the rig.

The problem with tiling up here has been getting wetland determinations done. We are all ready to tile but who wants to have them done when every pothole is plumb full of water and cattails?
