I have traveled I-75 from Cincy to Knoxville since it was new & can't recall very many times there wasn't construction or a wreck somewhere that didn't create a traffic tie up. Also, traffic is always heavy IMO, but then I'm a country boy andmeeting more than 1 or 2 cars every mile is heavy traffic to me .......LOL
