| As far as the price later contracts, or DP etc, I dont think there needs to be laws against them, just dont do them. You are an unseccured creditor to the grain buyer when using DP and there is really nothing to gain by using these contracts. I know everyone likes "free" or some other goodie but like I said, if they are FREE then that means SELL YOUR GRAIN! Buy calls if you think price is going up. Pay a little now or possibly not get paid at all ....... | |
