nc ks | When I bought this sprayer 4710's were just coming out and a used 4700 would have cost me a good $20,000 over this 854. So I am still ahead in that department, not to mention a late 854 is in my opinion head and shoulders above a 4700 in performance. I hate the AGCO/Cat connection and would love to go to a deere now that they have some sprayers with good capacity, but now I can buy a sweet 1254 for way less than anything comparable with deere. If I didn't have a good independent shop to work on this and get parts from, I'd have to make the switch anyway just on principal. They were two grand cheaper on the wheel motor than my CAT dealer. | |
