I don't understand the Geo-locking either but I believe Brazil is out for North American versions.
I got one of the first CFX-750's through the dealer where I work so this was legitimate as it came through the proper channels. Mine says Australia where the others I have seen say North America. It works fine on WAAS here in Minnesota.
