no it is not a rawson. it is a setup like dr zhivago had on his planter. flow comes out of a pwm valve, to a motor that drives the shaft sensor only, then to the 12 other motors that are in series, that drive the meter independent by themselves, hence the 1-1 ratio. no chains at all :-)
