I pretty much agree, but be careful what you wish for. With technology today and satellite capability they could very easily tell exactly what is planted at any given time if the money were allocated for this purpose. I expect it will come to that someday. I'm not sure whether I want that or not? It gets to be kind of a Big Brother type thing at that point.
