You mean kinda like the '50's drought. Been a little over 50 years since that drought ended in 1957. I saw a few droughts during the 60's and they said that those droughts were nothing like the drought in the 50's. I bet some people wish a hurricane would hit the coast of TX. That sure would help the drought. Yes the land in the 3Is are very productive but very expensive. The I states do have droughts, like in 88 and then to much water and early frost of '93.
