| Well it's not like there is absolutely 0 tons of feed that will be put up. Even if though only put up 50% of the tonnage between triticale, haylage, corn and sorghum, that can go along way with some ration management. Trucking more low quality feedstuffs in and then supplementing with corn and other high energy/high protein feed will be popular, I imagine SweetBran will be extra busy because of this.
Now, if things don't improve by this fall, and the winter and spring turn out to be misrable, things might get very intresting. I think that might be uncharted waters if this situation continues as is. | |
