Dalhart, Texas | I am not really sure as to what others are doing, but I would assume that if they are abandoning corn due to lack of moisture they are probably pooling what they do have into their best looking corn. As a result, I doubt they have any extra at all to even get Milo established. Therefore, I suspect the ground will lay idle till they maybe can put wheat in this fall to utilize some of the inputs already applied. Just assuming, but everyone is in tough shape. | |
