The last time I seen that much wire in a xray it was my sons after his hand had gone in a pinch roller.They wires all through the hand to hold it together.3 months later after rehab they made the decision to amputate above the wrist.Now he has a myoelectric hand which works but not as good as your own.Good luck with your wrists.
