I've dove by that plant a 100 times always wondered what it was, would have never would have guessed. Most times I drove by I never thaught anything of it. There has been a time or too when theres smoke/steam coming out and there was a fairly strong odor, I couldn't figure out what it was but I don't remember it being real bad. Maybe now knowing what that plant is I might have a different opinion, haha.
