The blender's credit it really kind of chump change. The centerpiece of ethanol is the Federal mandate. I think perhaps some states might have mandates of their own that were put in place before the Federal one. If the Federal mandate were to go away any states that have a mandate wouldn't really amount to much in the grand scheme of things.
