| 150bpa is a conservative estimate, I had a 170ish corn crop last year but I'm inevitably going to lose some yield this year. And my $125 rent doesn't include a lot of the higher "market" rent numbers. Let's say that market rent is $200, the cost of production estimate would still be well under $700.
Regardless, in my case anything above a $6.00 cash price is a "I-don't-give-a-sh*t-if-the-market-goes-higher" price level!! | |
