Jay in WA - 6/21/2011 20:44 I use liquid N & S applied with the pivot. Are you saying that dry would help the soil?

The way you apply your Liquid is quite different Jay

and the composted manure, or the Litter that I speak of. evens the playing field and feeds the soil aerobic bacteria. being full of Micro nutrients

for your soils, your irrigation program. Your access to Manure.  I sure could not recommend you change anything Jay.

Much of what I have observed, learned and Implemented for the growers in the corn belt is what I learned from High Yield Corn growers in WA.
