HTA's are much better than selling on the board-no margin's, but stay under your Federal Crop limit.

i use to think that, but it seems we always get burnt on HTA's instead of the board.  locking ourselves into an elevator loses the opportunity of even a better basis else where,(and it always seems to be better elsewhere)  which in a high demand situation can cost a lot...  can live with the margins, as long as you have the financing, and realize you are just really borrowing the money in a way.    agree with the fed crop though.  have to have limits.
