If you have an ITC, it will only output 5HZ, but you should be OK as long as you don't go too fast. If I rember right, 10 to 12 MPH is about al you can go with 5 Hz or the steering quality will suffer. If you have an SF3000, you are set. You will need GGA and VTG at 5 or 10 Hz and ZDA at .2 Hz.
