If Lance has a way to get from tablet pc to someone's steer ready kit you'd be in business for rtk and for much less than the $13K. If you can may a steering wheels system work, even cheaper.

I've heard some good feedback about Ag Leader's OnTrac2, which is the only steering system on the market (that I'm aware of) that can use standard NMEA position data for the positioning. Everything else is brand specific all the way through.

Nobody has a steering system that uses a generic tablet for the display ... yet.

The NTRIP software is just for getting correction data in to a RTK capable receiver. You still need the receiver, steering module, and a display.

Add Raven and Reichhardt to your list. I believe some of Topcon's pre-X30 products can also be used with generic receivers.
