If he is farming in patches.........then the fields are NOT likely to be good, flat, black, without possibility of flooding.............going to be timber ground, or river bottom.
 
So..........even if he goes ORGANICS .........and gets premium prices and yields, he is going to have to work his tail off.................

Had he said "vegetables"----------I would have taken the post a little more seriously.
