As the fellows have said you experienced chemical splash with the hard rain. Look at the cotyledons and check the bottom side for the speckled appearence, that's where the contact was made. As for the beans with the cotyledons knocked off from hail they will most likely be fine if they put new growth on soon.

I had the Dupont rep look at my beans this year and he thinks they will be fine. This is the first year in a long time I have used Valor on tilled beans. I may avoid that in the future. I sure hope they will be fine considering prices this year.
