"Administrative Fee" has been 10% on items less than $2500 and that isn't changing. They are adding a 2.5% administrative fee on items over $2500 up to a maximum of $950.
I really don't like these buyers premiums either but guess I don't have a choice if I want something that is there. People also think less highly of companies that charge this and there is some negative publicity involved with it. JMHO | |
