In my small part of the world pretty much everyone does a great job. ( land is too expensive not to) The big happy hour discussion is when you get caught with a mechanical issue. Especially if it was operator error. When I was young I ripped the unload auger clean off of dads m2 gleaner opening up a field. We got it working within a couple hours but I felt pretty terrible till the next day when I watched a very well seasoned neighbor with his new combine accidentally turn his unload auger on all the way down the field. Oh well stuff happens.
