Think a JD 2355 had them at least as an option, you can as small as a 2440 in the 40 series but they are miserable tractors. Personally since you didn't mention a loader or 4wd I'd go with something like a 2wd no loader 6400 for $20K or less, probably find one closer to $15K pretty easy. Could probably find a clean 2950 or 2750 for $10K.
